RentSafe is an intersectoral initiative led by CPCHE and funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation that seeks to address indoor environmental health risks affecting low-income tenants in Ontario. This report summarizes the results of an online survey, led by a subgroup of the RentSafe Project Team (the Ontario Public Health Association, York Region Public Health, Grey Bruce Health Unit and CPCHE), about the experiences of Ontario’s 36 public health units in addressing housing-related health concerns affecting tenants. This report will form part of the RentSafe baseline report to be released in late 2016.
